My experience with the service has been incredibly disappointing. First and foremost, do NOT place an order if you expect it to arrive within the promised timeframe. I ordered on December 1, expected delivery in 2-5 days, but after 5 days with no updates, I was given excuses about a new warehouse. On December 8, I received an email stating my shipment would be sent immediately, yet UPS didn’t receive the package until December 17, which is far from the promised 2-5 days. When I finally received my package from UPS, it contained only half of what was listed on the delivery notice. The only aspect they managed efficiently was charging my account, which they executed flawlessly.
At first, I didn’t think I’d notice a significant change, but wow, the company truly surprised me. The coffee is smooth, tastes fantastic, and doesn’t upset my stomach at all. I’ve been enjoying it every morning, and it has genuinely enhanced my routine. I didn’t expect to like it this much, but here we are!
Honestly, these are the best coffee pods I’ve ever tried 🙏 I thought there was no risk in trying them out since they offer a full money-back guarantee, but now I’m on my third delivery and I doubt I’ll ever go back. They’re convenient, taste great, and are offered at a really good price!
