My experience with the service has been incredibly disappointing. First and foremost, do NOT place an order if you expect it to arrive within the promised timeframe. I ordered on December 1, expected delivery in 2-5 days, but after 5 days with no updates, I was given excuses about a new warehouse. On December 8, I received an email stating my shipment would be sent immediately, yet UPS didn’t receive the package until December 17, which is far from the promised 2-5 days. When I finally received my package from UPS, it contained only half of what was listed on the delivery notice. The only aspect they managed efficiently was charging my account, which they executed flawlessly.
