Like others have mentioned, I want to return an item but cannot. My order is not recognized, and it states there is a known issue. I've waited a few days as advised and tried again, but still no recognition. Since the delivery on November 10, I've been trying to resolve this. There is no customer service phone number available, and I've emailed three times with only a generic response asking for screenshots. I sent those and received no further reply. No response to negative reviews either! I'm considering reporting this company to authorities. (Update: A single period in feedback is not a helpful response, come on!)
