I've been trying to obtain a refund or replacement for a pair of trainers that broke (the sole has completely worn and split) in under three months. For over a month, I've been reaching out to customer service but only receive the same automated replies, followed by a 'rate our service' email... I still haven't had any contact or resolution to my issue, so there's nothing to rate. Terrible service!

My experience mirrors many of the reviews here... I can't return my order as I get an error message saying 'Sorry, this order cannot be found.' When I click on 'Customer Service,' I am directed to a page that says 'Sorry – this page could not be found.' No way to process my return, and still no response from them. Having previously ordered from here, I will never use this site again. It feels like a scam.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I'm trying to initiate a return, but the website still doesn't recognize my order number almost 20 days after receiving it. I've also tried to reach out via email and phone, but received no replies. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
I received an item I ordered about 10 days ago, but the returns portal on the website is non-functional. I've tried to contact customer service for assistance with my return but have received absolutely no reply. Do not order from here as returns are impossible!
This is a complete disaster. I filed a report with authorities regarding the company taking my money - £581.16. I placed an order on September 30 and paid £581.16, but my order was canceled on October 7 with a message claiming I had stopped it, which I did not. They said the money would be refunded on October 7, but I still haven't received it. My bank has confirmed that not a single attempt to refund has been made by the company. I even filed a police report. I've contacted them nearly 50 times, and on December 5, I'm still awaiting my refund. Their only response has been a dot. Shameful!
Avoid this company due to poor customer service. It might be acceptable if everything goes smoothly. In my case, my expensive suitcase broke an inner zip after just one week. After weeks of emailing, they agreed to take it back but sent a generic return label without shipping details. After 30 emails, I still have no answers. They respond with 'we are sorry, we will look into this' but take no action. I will never shop here again and would caution others.
