I want to return items but cannot do it. The time threshold is creeping closer. My order is not recognised, it says there is a known issue. I've left it a few days as advised, tried again, still not recognised. The telephone number I found via googling is not recognised. The links to contact for help are broken URLs. I literally don't know what to do, just cannot find a means to get help. I would appreciate advice, this feels obstructive.
