Coggles Customer Service

Returns portal has been down for over a month which goes way past time allowed for returns.I understand software malfunctions can happen but there is no communication with customers to reassure they will honour returns or when the fault is likely to be fixed.I have been stuck with a load of good to return for over 4 weeks.Very poor customer service on communication.
