Placed a large order, there was issues with several items so tried returning them. The system has been down for weeks. There is no phone number anywhere. Finally made contact via the item not delivered contact form even though this isn't the issue. They emailed me apologising and asked for pictures which I sent. Complete silence again. No replies whatsoever. I have taken the issue up with the bank.Horrible and stressful, I will never use them again. Beware
