I don't want to be too negative, unlike some I've read, as I've found the ordering, processing and delivery of my items seamless and I am really happy with the service from that side of things. However - I wish to return one of the four items that I've ordered and the portal simply does not work. My items only arrived on Monday so I know I have time (28 days from that point) but I'd like things to hurry along as I need to refunded money to purchase something more suitable. Can someone from the company please reach out to me so that I can resolve this issue?Update - I have heard nothing from these guys. Not even the '.' or ',' comment that some are managing to get! Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this issue? I do not want to be stuck with this dress!
