I’d give no stars if I could. Ordering and delivery were fine, but I need to return my parcel and it’s proving absolutely impossible. The returns portal just doesn’t work - it simply doesn’t recognise order details. It says to wait and try again as there’s a delay. The trouble with that, is I’ll soon run out of days in the return window and be stuck with an item that doesn’t fit me. There are absolutely no customer service details or contact details available on site, and if you go to Fraser Group - the parent company - it’s exactly the same.I have ordered from Coggles plenty of times in the past and would have recommended them. But this is the first time I’ve needed to return anything, and now will avoid ordering from them at all costs. And yes, I’m well aware that they will reply to this comment with a full stop rather than resolving problems, as they only seem to engage with positive reviews.Absolute shambles.
