Placed my order and it was delivered the next day. Great! That was over 3 weeks ago and my account is still not showing the order and therefore I can’t organise a return for a refund. I have 3 pairs of shoes/ trainers that don’t fit, that I now can’t return! I’ve also seen a reviews online saying they either report the return as lost or don’t process the refund in a timely way. It’s very frustrating. I’ve tried emailing, contacting on instagram, contacting the parent company. I cannot get a single response to the issue and it’s wasting a huge amount of my time and I imagine money!
