Emily was awesome. She took the time to educate me on the attributes of the coins I purchased and made sure I had the best information for future acquisitions. I am so tired of getting calls from coin dealers who just want to sell you anything and when it is not something you are interested in they get an attitude and hang up. I have not experienced this with CoinAdvisor. Won't go anywhere else now. Thanks Emily
Isn't having better hearing for $99. Well when I called into order a coin that the coin is always in, it is ordered promptly. The cost involved is 100% on. Never any mistakes and the service is pretty quick. Could probably be a little faster but I know sometimes things don't come in on time. But my experience has been very good and I intend on buying more product from this company
I received my purchase and while the coins were truly unique and on the cutting edge they were not in line with the type of coins I usually purchase and therefore I decided to return the items. I called my adviser Emily and informed her of my decision and while she thought a bit differently she respected my decision and instructed me on how to return the coins. No pressure only respect for my decision. I totally respect and admire a company that values customer satisfaction over pure profit.
