Coinbits is a great tool to begin investing in Bitcoin if you aren't very familiar with it. It’s a convenient platform to automatically save money with Bitcoin and can likely earn more than just a regular savings account so you'll see a higher return and you won't be missing the money since it is taken out in small increments. The customer service agents consistently provide exceptional service by attentively listening to their customer concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. This company stole over $5,000 from me. It has been locked in a "legacy" account for over 3 years, they will not respond to calls/emails, etc. Yet constantly send me adverts to buy more. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM, RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION.
I had a problem with a wire not clearing. It’s not very often when you can get good customer service online. But unfortunately no phone number provided but that’s ok because I got a quick response within 24-48 hours. Not to bad at all considering what they have to deal with. But the agent Dave who has been helping me has been great and very professional. Thank you for all of your help….
