Based on some pictures that I sent and our conversation, they came to my house to evaluate my collection personally. During the visit, they were very helpful in informing me about my coins and what they were looking at specifically. At the end of the visit (about 3 hours), they gave me a detailed evaluation and value of the collection, and made me a very fair offer for the collection.One coin in particular they separated out for grading. This coin was not included in the initial evaluation. They sent it out for grading. When it came back as authentic and with a grade, they clearly explained my options (auction, hold on to it, or they would buy it). Again, they gave me a very fair price that they would buy it at.Overall, I was impressed with how responsive and helpful Coinfully was in helping me understand my collection. They were extremely professional, and communicated with me (email, phone, in person) throughout the entire process of evaluating my collection.
