After I won some trading position, this exchange froze my cash withdrawl and ask me to complete KYC requirement. (my accout ID: 34268229 )Ok then I have completed the KYC requirement but their customer agent chat to me: "Hi dear user, please note the we are unable to provide an exact timeframe for the completion of this process..."They keep stalling and won't let me withdraw my money until now.
