They have not been able to provide any clear or estimated timeline for reviewing my account, which is unacceptable for a financial service. After more than four weeks, my problem remains unresolved. I continue to receive the same repetitive, generic responses with no real progress or transparency, while my funds are still impacted. This level of support is incredibly poor, and I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution.

UID:34609967The exchange will only say you've violated regulations, but never specify what those violations were. They'll only say they're trying to resolve it, but there's never any new progress. Perhaps this whole thing was a scam from the start. You can refer to my progress updates before deciding whether to deposit funds. I will update my progress regularly. If I haven't updated, it means my funds are still frozen and there's no new progress.

After I won some trading position, this exchange froze my cash withdrawl and ask me to complete KYC requirement. (my accout ID: 34268229 )Ok then I have completed the KYC requirement but their customer agent chat to me: "Hi dear user, please note the we are unable to provide an exact timeframe for the completion of this process..."They keep stalling and won't let me withdraw my money until now. Hello, I made three withdrawal requests through your website on November 19, 2025. One withdrawal request was approved, while the other two were canceled and the funds in my account were frozen. I can't make any withdrawals or deposits. The live support team talks about a process, but they don't give any information about how long it will take to process the transaction. Can you help me? Do not deposit funds on this exchange. You will only be allowed to withdraw 2-3 times, and then you will be subject to perpetual risk control.
