I provided a screenshot of the exact address where I was directed to send my tokens for deposit. They claimed it was incorrect and refused to credit my account. It's their responsibility for listing that address. I showed them the screenshot confirming their own deposit instructions. They insisted that I need to purchase more tokens from them instead of resolving the issue. This feels like a scam, especially since they won't credit me for their mistake. The seller was linked to a poker platform where I won the tokens initially. They suggest contacting the seller, but it’s actually them. It’s only a small amount, but if they can’t credit me for their own error, it raises concerns about their financial stability. Other platforms would have resolved this quickly. Charging a 5% fee for their own tokens feels deceptive. I received a lengthy response explaining the situation, but it didn’t solve my issue. They recommend purchasing more tokens to participate in rewards, but that doesn’t help my current predicament.
