Very bad algorithm... 95% of the hands, river card gives the win to the worst chances. Even if you have 95% in turn, river will change everything.
I understand the algorithm is set to get some good games, but that is not it. Every all-in, the worst hand wins.
This for poker, slots are even worst. No winnings no matter how much you wager.
There are plenty better options

It's their responsibility for listing that address. I showed them the screenshot confirming their own deposit instructions. They insisted that I need to purchase more tokens from them instead of resolving the issue. This feels like a scam, especially since they won't credit me for their mistake. The seller was linked to a poker platform where I won the tokens initially. They suggest contacting the seller, but it’s actually them. It’s only a small amount, but if they can’t credit me for their own error, it raises concerns about their financial stability. Other platforms would have resolved this quickly. Charging a 5% fee for their own tokens feels deceptive. I received a lengthy response explaining the situation, but it didn’t solve my issue. They recommend purchasing more tokens to participate in rewards, but that doesn’t help my current predicament.

This company has had ample time to improve their customer support and address connectivity problems. Everything about this application and the company feels dubious. I plan to file complaints with the appropriate regulatory authorities.
I've played a significant amount of online poker in my lifetime, and I cannot endorse this platform. The odds seem completely inaccurate. I've lost 80% of all-in situations when I was ahead 4 to 1 or better. In my last seven hands, I had AQ while my opponents had AK. This site should be scrutinized and possibly shut down.
A complete disaster of a service and a group of scammers. I deposited €50 and received a €50 bonus with some free spins. I lost both the funds and the bonus. After depositing an additional €112, I won €300 but they cancelled my withdrawal and took everything. They claimed I violated bonus terms by betting over €5 with bonus money. Every other site I’ve used prevents betting outside of bonus terms. They unjustly applied past bonus conditions against me. I didn't receive my winnings or my deposit back. They have stolen my money, and every time I reach out, the only response I get is “this is the final result.” Scammers at their finest.

This extended outage is incredibly frustrating.
If you thought other sites were rigged, try this one and face even worse outcomes. I believe many players are using bots or seeing open cards. I've witnessed too many instances of players winning with unlikely hands. The app has not been updated in years, making it vulnerable, including frequent crashes. It's a disgrace for professionals to associate with this site! Many poker sites have been exploited, and I fear this one is no different, as the blockchain could allow seeing cards. Trust is vital, but this platform will never earn it.
