The staff member who assisted me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I was trying to decide on an order, she snapped at me, saying I should know what I want instead of wasting their time. Things only got worse from there. When I asked her name, she refused to tell me and literally told me to leave the store, saying customers like me weren't needed. I was shocked and humiliated by her behavior. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any confusion or questions I may have. Cold Stone needs to address this kind of behavior and train their staff to provide decent customer service. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my ice cream cravings) elsewhere."
