Worst move ever. Lots of damage. Lots of crushed boxes. We watched them slide the boxes down the steps. The driver quit the day of our move, so they were a "no show." We never got a call. Finally followed up to find out that the driver quit, and they weren't coming out. They got to us the next day. They disassembled everything they could. When they arrived with the goods, they did not assemble anything but the beds. So we have a number of items unassembled. The local labor was undermanned at the point of delivery, and the driver was pretty useless. They put things where they thought they went and refused to carry some boxes up the stairs. They openly stated that once a piece of furniture is placed, it would not be relocated. Just a shitty job all around.

We have been committed to making moving easier and safer for families since 1914. When J.M. Coleman founded the company with eight horses, a few wagons and an unwavering dedication to service, he had a dream for the future. Now with over 100 years of experience under our wheels, Coleman Worldwide Moving remains true in its original focus - you, the customer. Although many things have changed since that first move, we understand that an individual's basic needs for trust, respect and dependability have not.
