This company really delivers what they advertise...taking the stress out of the normally hectic moving experience. My spouse and I opted for the full service for an out of state move, and it could not have been performed more seamlessly.From the start, they were the only company of the three I requested an estimate from, that actually sent an individual that came to our residence in order to inspect our belongings to ensure an accurate estimate. The others required the online video that we were responsible for.....not too user friendly for seniors without video editing experience. The Coleman rep, Brian Uhlig did a superb job of estimating our move, to the point that we were given a $100+ credit when all was said and done. Very accurate indeed. He was also able to honor my request for an early start on the day we requested since we had such a narrow window between the closing date of our sale, and the closing of our purchase in our out of state destination. Kudos to Brian!And then we were blessed with driver and packer/unloader coordinator Calvin Lee, who really went above and beyond the call of duty in making our move painless. Calvin called me to ask if he could come by a day early so he could started packing.....he arrived at 9am and stayed until 7pm, and had the entire contents of our house packed with the exception of one room....24 hours ahead of schedule, and facilitated an early start. And on loading day, his crew had our house emptied, with the entire contents loaded and on the road at noon...giving us plenty of time to reach our destination and (purchase) closing a day ahead of schedule....some ample breathing room! His delivery to our new home came as promised, early am on the very first day of their their three day window, much to our delight. The unloading and setup of our furniture and belongings went without a hitch nor any damages. Calvin really shined on the physical end of the move, we were so glad he was assigned to us.Together, these two individuals (Brian Uhlig & Calvin Lee) orchestrated a move that totally eliminated all anxiety that usually accompanies a move.I would highly recommend Coleman American, and would further recommend that these two individuals be requested to coordinate your move if you desire to prevent all stress and anxiety.....customer service is what they advertise, and they did it so well!
