I would rate it zero stars if I could! This service is not to be trusted! They took our belongings and several items arrived damaged. Interestingly, the fragile items I packed myself made it through without a scratch, despite their poor packing skills. We paid for 'insurance' (over $2,000), but I truly believe they took our large Halloween decorations, which were in their original boxes, and now they are all missing! These were not inexpensive items. After filing a claim for the damaged and stolen goods, they offered us a ridiculous $60. They promised our items were safe, but it was nothing but a series of lies. This entire service should feel embarrassed.
