This repair process has dragged on for 7 months. **UNFAIR DEMANDS FROM THE SELLER** Instead of addressing the issue of the damaged product, the seller insisted that I must: 1. Find my own repair technician.
2. Cover the repair costs myself. -They imposed a restocking fee and a shipping fee, despite it not being my fault. -They are making me pay for their mistake.
Forcing customers to find and finance repairs for a damaged product seems to be an **unfair business practice**. The seven-month delay in resolving this issue suggests a **scam strategy** aimed at wearing down customers to abandon their claims. I share my experience to warn others against this frustrating and financially draining cycle. (Total bait and switch) I won't stop until they take back this BROKEN furniture. -Don't purchase furniture online from this seller.
