Answered pre purchase questions about the furniture I was interested in. Provided additional photos of the furniture to help provide additional insight as to the color of the finish as I needed to match some existing furniture. The price was the best I found anywhere, ordering was easy, delivery was within the time frame I was told, and the “white glove” delivery service was great.
The person I spoke to on the phone when I called to order was very helpful. He answered all of my questions so I was confident to go through with the order. The delivery and installation was also a nice bonus.
After completing my order, all communication stopped. I have no idea who is delivering my item or when it will arrive. It's been nearly a month since I made the payment, and it feels like the company is done with me now that they've received my money. I'm left wondering when my order will actually arrive. Additionally, I believe that the removal of old furniture should be an option, especially considering the high price paid. In my opinion, the service does not justify the cost.
**I ordered new furniture but received damaged items** In April, I purchased a power recliner sofa and loveseat, along with a 5-year extended warranty for a total of $4521.00. I reported several significant damages and defects, including:
+The recliner's wireless charger is overheating and charging slowly.
+There was a notable recall for units catching fire, raising serious concerns.
+I found cuts on the leather and a sharp metal piece almost protruding from the couch.
+The leather is peeling and fading, making the furniture look far from new.
+I was instructed to call and pay a technician $125.00 for an initial assessment, but the technician later said he couldn't provide a quote or repair until all materials were available. This repair process has dragged on for 7 months. **UNFAIR DEMANDS FROM THE SELLER** Instead of addressing the issue of the damaged product, the seller insisted that I must: 1. Find my own repair technician.
2. Cover the repair costs myself. -They imposed a restocking fee and a shipping fee, despite it not being my fault. -They are making me pay for their mistake.
Forcing customers to find and finance repairs for a damaged product seems to be an **unfair business practice**. The seven-month delay in resolving this issue suggests a **scam strategy** aimed at wearing down customers to abandon their claims. I share my experience to warn others against this frustrating and financially draining cycle. (Total bait and switch) I won't stop until they take back this BROKEN furniture. -Don't purchase furniture online from this seller.
I've found the quality to be subpar and prone to damage.

Ordering our new sectional was a breeze. I was able to get all my questions answered about the sofa when I called several times about different features. We saw this sofa in a store and ordering it on sale at Coleman Furniture saved us several hundred dollars. Coleman was great for us to pay for it and hold the order until we were sure we got our new home. Can’t wait for it to deliver!
Unfortunately once my Abbeville Cherry Queen Sleigh bed arrived there was damage to the wood on the inside right portion at the foot of the bed frame. It was also missing two planks leading me to believe the bed clearly had been returned and than resold to me. The tape on the box showed it had obviously been resealed. I was clearly disappointed. Luckily the damaged wood is on the inside so it doesn't show but thats not the point. The two missing planks are another issue. Once it was put together it is a gorgeous piece of furniture but I wish it had arrived intact and undamaged. If you are going to resell returned items I think for the sack of your customers the items should be thoroughly inspected first before they are shipped out. Hopefully the company will replace the missing planks still waiting for a response.
