Awful experience - I ordered a hoodie for £50 on December 6th, and now it's December 23rd with no acknowledgment from the company about the lost item. The tracking only shows that a label was printed. It's ridiculous; customer service takes at least 24 hours to reply and won’t offer a replacement or refund. This should have been addressed when I first inquired over 10 days ago. I will never order from this ineffective company again, and I advise others to do the same.
