I strongly advise against purchasing from this company! I spent a significant amount on a hoodie for my son on December 6th, intended as a Christmas gift, and it seems to have been lost. The tracking with the delivery service hasn’t changed since December 7th, when a label was created. It indicates they are still 'expecting your parcel', meaning they don’t even have it yet. According to the delivery service, a parcel is considered lost after 30 days, and it has now been 36 days. The company refuses to acknowledge that it’s lost and has not provided any refund or replacement. They are in breach of contract. I was able to recover some money through my bank, but that doesn’t change the fact that the service is inadequate, and their responses are generic and unhelpful. Please think twice before ordering from them!

I will never order from this unreliable company again and would recommend others to do the same.

The tracksuit I ordered for my son took over 3 months to arrive, and initially, contacting customer service was impossible with no tracking options available. I later found out the clothes came from overseas, and I thought we would never receive them. Finally, about two weeks ago, I got a response from customer service saying the courier would eventually deliver the package, even though the tracking link didn’t work. Today, the clothes arrived, and my pre-teen is thrilled, so I am too. However, I won't order from this company again.
I got a response from COLESICE who admitted their service was not good They asked me to email them, not to refund me or send me another tracksuit, which I don’t want!! But to ask where they went wrong and see if they can fix the issue they are having . Point 1 - customer service training Point 2 - if you are aware of what went wrong with my order then as a business you should know what to do to correct itPoint 3- looking at your reviews I can see that your business is run unprofessionally and the quality of your products against the cost is unethical why because cheaply made products should be sold at a cheap price not 75 pounds for a tracksuit that looks like it came from tumi china !!!!! Lastly people will only be fooled once if your happy fooling people then carry on
