The delivery person did not even come to the door. I selected a pickup point from your options, but the next day I was informed that it was no longer available (day 2). Oddly, that pickup point is still listed today. Without any consultation, you chose a different delivery point and finally delivered the package three days later (day 5). Throughout this process, I couldn't file a complaint because "the delivery period is less than four days"??? Additionally, private customers have no way to reach out for support. I regret to say I will avoid using services like yours in the future.
