The worst delivery service ever! My package was not delivered at my door, instead they sent it to a far away pick-up point. The guy at that pick-up point, "Gaza Winkel" always searches for your package for like at least 15 minutes!
The service usually works well, but on this occasion, the package was not delivered to the destination (no idea why), and the selected delivery point was very far from my address. It was essentially in another city. I am uncertain why this occurred.
Fast delivery, but the driver don"t even ring the door bell and throw the package over the fence in the dirt and wet grass. We noticed it several times when we are checking the camera. Even when it is a fragile package, he doesn't care. Disappointing....
The delivery was planned for saturday. We were home for the whole day and our mailbox is even designed to accomodate parcels. Late in the evening on saturday we got a message that they could not deliver the package and the parcel was being shipped to the nearest pickup center where it only arrived on tuesday (we needed it on sunday).
It was mentioned that delivery must be in office hours from 8am till 5pm. Yet you delivered 2 times at 7pm and 8pm claiming that nobody was available… only at day 3 you decided to leave the parcel at a pickup point. What is the purpose of giving instruction then?
Their service is surprisingly good lately. There was a period when they were by far the worst company on the planet but they did a total turnaround. They literally will never leave a package in an unsafe location, something one can't say about big companies like Amazon or DHL. If your priority is package safety I would say this company is the best choice at the moment.
The delivery person marked the package as delivered, but it was not. This is not the first time they have left packages in the middle of the street and marked them as delivered. Sometimes I was lucky and managed to get them in time. I was home all day waiting for the delivery, but they never rang the doorbell. I really hope one of my neighbours found it.
I received an email stating that my package would arrive today (day 1). Later that evening, I got a message indicating that delivery was not possible, without any explanation. The delivery person did not even come to the door. I selected a pickup point from your options, but the next day I was informed that it was no longer available (day 2). Oddly, that pickup point is still listed today. Without any consultation, you chose a different delivery point and finally delivered the package three days later (day 5). Throughout this process, I couldn't file a complaint because "the delivery period is less than four days"??? Additionally, private customers have no way to reach out for support. I regret to say I will avoid using services like yours in the future.
My experience at the pickup location was dreadful! The representative struggled to locate it initially and requested that I return later. When I called her, she was eating and asked me to message her with the code. I had to call again to check if she had found it since she didn't respond! Unbelievable!
