I am really let down by the seller. I ordered two of the same item, and neither worked. When I reached out for a return label, they refused and insisted I cover the shipping costs. Discovering they are based in Australia, I realized that shipping would nearly equal the item cost. All I wanted was a fair refund and a shipping label. Their response was rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing.
