This has been a frustrating experience! I ordered an Advent calendar for my grandson in mid-November, but it still hasn’t arrived, and we’re already halfway through December. Customer service is lacking, and shipping is from overseas. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. This situation reflects poorly on all products from this seller regarding shipping, quality, and support.
