I, like so many others, ordered a 250th anniversary cap from Collaboraten on 9/25/25 for my birthday 20 days later. It's 11/27/25 and nothing. The product purportedly shipped from Italy, not sure if it really did. I have contacted the support 3 times only to get the runaround. I have requested my money back and they said no. I have disputed the expense with my CC company and started to report the company to eCommerce.gov, but cannot do that because the Fed is shut down.
