I ordered a mental health journal as a Christmas gift and paid $30 on 12/5. After several emails about my order, I finally got it on 1/17. It was nothing like I expected—very cheap, small, and of poor quality. Not worth the $30 plus tax and shipping. I won't be ordering from this service again.
This service advertises one thing online, but the product I received was of very low quality. I ordered two anniversary ball caps that looked great in the photos, but what I got were crushed caps wrapped in plastic. I tried to return them for a refund, but they refused, claiming the product was fine, which it was not. Instead, they offered a minimal refund of $8 on my $45 purchase. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend doing business with this service.
Like many others, I ordered a 250th anniversary hat in early September. As of 11/14, I still have not received it, and attempts to cancel were met with runarounds. Customer contact is only through email. This service needs to be investigated and shut down. I used a payment service and will try to get my money back. Make sure any purchase is from a reputable source!
Like many reviews here, I ordered a 250th Anniversary cap and never received it. I ordered it on 9/19, and tracking stopped on 10/16. Now it's 11/09, and I've had no response to my emails. I was charged $30 for a product that never arrived. I regret not checking reviews before ordering. Do not trust this service.
This service is scamming people; it's based in another country. I ordered a cap on September 17, and now it's November 5, and I still haven't received it. They keep giving me the runaround about its location, providing different tracking numbers and claiming I should get it soon. It's all very frustrating.
If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. I ordered a 250th anniversary cap on Sept 19 for $48, and I still don't have it. They've sent me tracking updates that are inconsistent and often show it stuck in various locations. Each time I emailed for clarification, I received vague responses or no acknowledgment of my order. I demanded a refund, but I have yet to hear back. No refund, no response, and still no cap.
