If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. I ordered a 250th anniversary cap on Sept 19 for $48, and I still don't have it. They've sent me tracking updates that are inconsistent and often show it stuck in various locations. Each time I emailed for clarification, I received vague responses or no acknowledgment of my order. I demanded a refund, but I have yet to hear back. No refund, no response, and still no cap.
