I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a strap for a watch as a gift. I made the purchase on January 2nd with the expectation of delivery within 3-5 days. The next day, I received a tracking number from a postal service in Germany, but by the 9th, there was still no delivery and the tracking number was invalid. I reached out and received another tracking number from a French postal service, which was also invalid. I requested to cancel the order and was assured that it was on its way and would arrive by the 13th, but it did not. On the 14th, after some legal advice, I decided to cancel and ask for a refund due to a breach of contract. The responses I received seemed increasingly rushed and poorly written, claiming that my refund request for an item in transit was "illegal" according to their terms and conditions. They warned me about the consequences of contesting the charge with my card company. I was advised to cease contact and to proceed through my card company, which I did. The next day, the item arrived! I canceled my dispute with the card company, but I won’t be keeping the strap. The quality is decent, but the color is not what I expected—it's a yellowish orange instead of the deep reddish orange I wanted. I checked their return policy and it seems I can't return sale items, as the strap was 50% off at the time of purchase. Overall, I am exhausted and disappointed by this experience. I just wanted to buy a nice watch strap as a gift! I will not be using this service again. Edit: I contacted them about a refund and was given an address in another country, which I noticed others have received too.
