Extremely Disappointed with the Purchase

I am extremely disappointed. I bought a strap to accompany a watch as a gift. I made the purchase on January 2nd with an expected delivery in 3-5 days. The following day, I received a tracking number for a postal service in Germany. By the 9th, there was still no delivery, and the tracking number turned out to be invalid. I reached out for assistance and was provided with another tracking number for a French postal service, which was also invalid. When I requested to cancel, I was assured that the item was on its way and would arrive by the 13th. Unfortunately, it did not. On the 14th, after receiving legal advice, I sought to cancel my order and request a refund for breach of contract. The responses I received seemed increasingly rushed and poorly written. I was told that requesting a refund for an item supposedly in transit was "illegal" according to their terms, and that if I initiated a dispute with my card company, there would be serious consequences. I was advised to cease further communication and to proceed through my card company, which I did. The next day, the item finally arrived! I canceled my card dispute, but I won’t be keeping the strap. While the quality is decent, the color is quite off—a yellowish-orange instead of the deep reddish-orange that matches the watch. I checked the return policy and saw that sale items cannot be returned, and since I bought the strap at a 50% discount, I assume a refund is unlikely. This entire experience has left me feeling exhausted and disappointed. I simply wanted to buy a nice watch strap as a gift! I will not be using this company again. Edit: I did reach out regarding a refund and was given an address in Dubai, which I’ve noticed others have received as well.

I checked their return policy and it seems I can't return sale items, as the strap was 50% off at the time of purchase. Overall, I am exhausted and disappointed by this experience. I just wanted to buy a nice watch strap as a gift! I will not be using this service again. Edit: I contacted them about a refund and was given an address in another country, which I noticed others have received too.

Faulty product and no email responses

I am reaching out via a review platform in hopes of receiving a response, as my emails have gone unanswered. I ordered a watch strap as a Christmas gift and was initially pleased with the fast delivery. Unfortunately, after just a few hours of use, the coating began to tarnish. I emailed politely requesting a refund or replacement and offered to send pictures. The service initially agreed, but after I provided proof, I received no further communication despite multiple follow-ups. When I mentioned contacting my bank for a refund due to receiving faulty goods, I finally got a reply stating they hadn’t received the pictures and making accusations of "blackmail". They claimed they had contacted their bank, preventing me from opening a case. I reiterated that I was not blackmailing anyone; I was simply seeking a response about my rightful refund or replacement, as per consumer rights. I sent the pictures again, proving they were included in my initial email. The attitude displayed by this company is incredibly disappointing; they seem to take criticism personally when the matter could have been resolved easily. I hope to hear back soon and that this issue can be settled more professionally.

Avoid ordering from this service

Avoid ordering from this service. I received a band that was sent in a bag with the description on the front. It was easy for someone to see what was inside, and it appears that the band was taken. They have done nothing to assist me in this matter.

Ordered a watch band that didn't fit - poor quality

I ordered a watch band, but it didn’t fit. It was made of molded rubber and was incorrectly designed for the watch. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I needed to ship it back with signature insurance to another country. I questioned why I should spend that much to return a $32 rubber strap. The customer service was terrible and rude, and the product quality was unacceptable. Buyers should be cautious.

Issues with the service and no resolution

I previously posted and was asked for more context. I placed an order on December 17, 2024, but the product never arrived. The service claimed it was my fault for not providing the correct address, despite having the confirmation showing the right details. Their support team stopped responding to my emails. I later found out they started a similar business with the same website and policies. They deny any connection but have my original order details. As of now, they refuse to issue a refund or send a replacement, despite having my correct address. This situation seems deceptive and unethical. All I want is the product I paid for, and I will update my review accordingly.
