I previously posted and was asked for more context. I placed an order on December 17, 2024, but the product never arrived. The service claimed it was my fault for not providing the correct address, despite having the confirmation showing the right details. Their support team stopped responding to my emails. I later found out they started a similar business with the same website and policies. They deny any connection but have my original order details. As of now, they refuse to issue a refund or send a replacement, despite having my correct address. This situation seems deceptive and unethical. All I want is the product I paid for, and I will update my review accordingly.
