I am extremely disappointed. I bought a strap to accompany a watch as a gift. I made the purchase on January 2nd with an expected delivery in 3-5 days. The following day, I received a tracking number for a postal service in Germany. By the 9th, there was still no delivery, and the tracking number turned out to be invalid. I reached out for assistance and was provided with another tracking number for a French postal service, which was also invalid. When I requested to cancel, I was assured that the item was on its way and would arrive by the 13th. Unfortunately, it did not. On the 14th, after receiving legal advice, I sought to cancel my order and request a refund for breach of contract. The responses I received seemed increasingly rushed and poorly written. I was told that requesting a refund for an item supposedly in transit was "illegal" according to their terms, and that if I initiated a dispute with my card company, there would be serious consequences. I was advised to cease further communication and to proceed through my card company, which I did. The next day, the item finally arrived! I canceled my card dispute, but I won’t be keeping the strap. While the quality is decent, the color is quite off—a yellowish-orange instead of the deep reddish-orange that matches the watch. I checked the return policy and saw that sale items cannot be returned, and since I bought the strap at a 50% discount, I assume a refund is unlikely. This entire experience has left me feeling exhausted and disappointed. I simply wanted to buy a nice watch strap as a gift! I will not be using this company again. Edit: I did reach out regarding a refund and was given an address in Dubai, which I’ve noticed others have received as well.
