I would rate 0 if possible. My parcel was lost during shipping, and although they claimed it arrived, the post office returned it to the return facility. When I requested a refund, they said they could refund me minus the shipping fee and product cost? What kind of refund is that? A refund of $0.00. AVOID THIS SERVICE!
