I would rate it lower if possible. My parcel was lost during shipping, yet they insisted it was delivered, but the post office returned it to the facility. When I asked for a refund, they offered to refund only the shipping fee and the product cost?? What kind of refund is that? A refund of $0.00. AVOID THIS!

Received an order different from the images

I received an order that was not what was shown in the images. The quality was worse and felt fake. After I complained, they offered me a 30% refund.

Avoid this service!

The item I received was a poor imitation of what was advertised, and the company denied my refund request, claiming they sent the correct product. A fun pair of knitted socks featuring a sloth turned into a cheap cotton/polyester sock with a low-quality toy stitched onto it. The advertisement is misleading, and they seem to shift blame to their manufacturers. The product shipped from abroad, and all communication occurred during their office hours. If you want to avoid disappointment, do not purchase from this site!

Do not purchase from them

Their return policy is poorly enforced. When you're entitled to a refund, they create delays and excuses. This is not how a reputable company treats its customers.

"Be patient" is a scam

I placed my order on 3.11.2025, and today is 20.11. I was told to be patient and then informed that my order was passed to the shipping company, but I never received a tracking number, despite their email stating I would get one when shipping started. All I get is "be patient".
