I feel completely cheated by the company, and here's why. I had been a loyal customer for years, but everything changed when they went under last year. I ordered some clothing two weeks prior to their liquidation in July 2024. I needed to return two items due to poor fit and quality, so I paid for tracked return postage. Two days after their liquidation, they accepted and signed for the return, which was against the law. By law, the items should have been sent back to me. I provided messages and proof of the return signature, but they did nothing. The items were under £100, so I couldn't claim on my credit card either. What frustrates me is that they are now owned by a Turkish owner who was involved before the bankruptcy and are still using the original brand name. They are even selling last year's items, and my returns might be listed on their website. It's not a huge amount, but I'm also out of pocket from the postage. To make matters worse, I'm still receiving marketing emails from them despite my recent complaint. It's disappointing because I used to love their clothing, but based on recent reviews, I can see the quality and style have declined. I will not be purchasing from them again. Consider this a warning to everyone.
