I feel cheated by the company after years of loyalty.

I feel cheated by the company after years of loyalty. Everything changed when they went into liquidation last year. I had ordered some clothing two weeks before their closure in July 2024. I needed to return two items due to poor fit and quality, so I paid for signed return postage. Just two days after their liquidation, they accepted and signed for the return, which is against the law. By law, the items should have been sent back to me. I provided messages and proof of the signature for the return, but they did nothing. The items were under £100, so I couldn’t claim back through my credit card either. What frustrates me is that they are now owned by a Turkish individual who was involved before the liquidation and are still operating under the same name and brand. They continue to sell last year’s stock, and my returned items might still be on their website. It’s not a large amount, but I am also out of pocket from the postage. To make matters worse, I’m receiving marketing emails from them despite having sent another complaint recently. It’s disappointing because I used to love their clothing, but based on recent reviews, it seems their quality and style have declined. I will not be purchasing from them again. Consider this a warning to others.

Regrettably, a very disappointing experience...

Regrettably, I've had a very disappointing experience with the company. One of my packages was lost, and I was instructed to wait six weeks while they 'investigated' it. Additionally, I haven't received refunds for my other orders, even though the items never arrived. I'm currently out over $700, and customer service has refused to assist. I share this to caution others—based on my experience, I strongly advise being careful before placing orders with them.

Still not shipped...poor customer service

I ordered a coat on November 16th, and it's now late on the 19th, yet it still hasn't been shipped. I've lost track of how many messages I've sent to cancel the order since it won't arrive in time, but I haven't received any replies. My first experience with them has not been impressive.

Charged but never received my item

I had to dispute the payment because my item was never sent (it's been nearly a month), and customer service just doesn't respond. I'm not sure they understand that this is essentially theft!

Concerning changes, advice for the new management

I've been a loyal customer for over five years. My experience in the store was wonderful, with high-quality fabrics and kind staff. However, since the brand's relaunch, I've noticed troubling changes: 1) the classic designs have been replaced by generic and overpriced styles. 2) shipping options don't cater to the target audience. 3) inconsistent naming of designs. 4) a confusing website layout. 5) plus sizes are mostly unavailable. 6) lack of vibrant designs, which I attribute to new management. I'm disheartened by these changes. My advice to the company is to bring back colorful designs, invest in quality fabric, renew shipping policies, and restore the brand's original vibe. To customers, I say: you get what you pay for. If you want better quality, demand it.

Excellent service experience

After receiving the wrong jacket size, the customer service via email was excellent, and they resolved the issue quickly. The jacket is of good quality and fits well. I'm also pleased with the handbag I ordered. I've since ordered a skirt to match the jacket. I would recommend this company for their great range of vintage clothing. Thank you!

Not a favorable experience

The vintage clothing is fabulous, and online ordering is quick. However, if you need to return anything, expect to cover return costs and face a lack of communication regarding refunds. It took over two weeks of reaching out to the company after they received my returns for my £112 refunds to be initiated. I've also spent over £12 on shipping costs, one of which was for a faulty item. Come on, if you want to compete as a credible company, you need to improve communication. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them again and advise others to reconsider.

Impressive customer service

I ordered the wrong dress size and asked the team to change it before shipment. They quickly confirmed the size change, but due to a system error, I received the wrong size. I contacted customer service again, and they promptly apologized and sent the correct size the next day. Given that it was my mistake, their outstanding support impressed me! The dress quality is also excellent and aligns with previous sizing. I look forward to their new collection. Thank you!

Poor after-sales service

The after-sales service is terrible. There's no phone support, and refunds can take up to three weeks, if you're lucky. Always use recorded delivery for returns, as they often claim they haven't received items.
