Terrible service. It took almost a week to verify my identity, which meant I couldn't access the funds we had gathered. The initial fee for each donation is quite steep, which would be fine if the service were efficient. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I had to raise multiple tickets due to issues with verifying my passport. After submitting three tickets, the only way to reach a representative was through online chat. I spent nearly two hours chatting, only to be told they couldn't assist me. Eventually, I was verified and managed to transfer my funds, but I opted not to tip the service. There was another fee for this so-called 'free' service! Ultimately, I lost £7.92 from a total of £249. Disappointing customer service, excessively expensive, and I couldn't bear to go through this ordeal again to reclaim the extra charges taken without my consent.
