Highly disappointing service. It took almost a week to verify my identity, which prevented me from accessing the funds we had collected. The initial fee for each donation is quite high, which would be acceptable if the service were straightforward and effective. Unfortunately, it was not. I had to submit multiple tickets due to technical difficulties with passport verification. After raising three tickets, the only means to communicate with a representative was through online chat. I spent nearly two hours chatting, only to find out they were unable to assist me. Eventually, I got verified and managed to transfer my funds, but I chose not to tip the service, which also charges a fee for this supposedly 'free' service. In the end, I lost £7.92 from a total of £249. Unacceptable customer service, excessively costly, and I wouldn't want to endure this frustrating process again to reclaim the extra charges made without my consent.
