Ordered a bike for nearly £700 and paid £35 for delivery on the day before my son’s birthday. It didn’t arrive on time and took a few extra days. Communication via phone is difficult, and email responses aren't reliable either. We couldn't afford to buy anything else for his birthday, leaving no presents to open. Months later, my son wanted to order a new bike seat from them. It showed as delivered, but the courier dropped it at the wrong address. I had to reach out to the store multiple times to resolve the issue. When I requested a refund, I was told they weren't sure if they could process it. Eventually, they confirmed the refund via email, but when I inquired about its status, they blamed my bank. After contacting my bank, they confirmed it was an issue on the sender's side. Following that, the refund was processed. I cannot recommend them.
