Very poor service

Very poor service; you might think that simply fitting the seat, handlebars, and pedals is enough for the bike to be ready. However, when it turns out that the bike isn't properly assembled and the derailleur breaks, you'll find that the company won't take any responsibility. The fine print states that the bike must be assembled by a shop and you need proof of this. Be cautious, as the savings might end up costing you more in repairs.

Disappointing experience

Ordered a bike for nearly £700 and paid £35 for delivery on the day before my son’s birthday. It didn’t arrive on time and took a few extra days. Communication via phone is difficult, and email responses aren't reliable either. We couldn't afford to buy anything else for his birthday, leaving no presents to open. Months later, my son wanted to order a new bike seat from them. It showed as delivered, but the courier dropped it at the wrong address. I had to reach out to the store multiple times to resolve the issue. When I requested a refund, I was told they weren't sure if they could process it. Eventually, they confirmed the refund via email, but when I inquired about its status, they blamed my bank. After contacting my bank, they confirmed it was an issue on the sender's side. Following that, the refund was processed. I cannot recommend them.

Terrible customer service

The customer service has been abysmal. It's been over a week since I ordered a product, and all I received was a confirmation email. After trying to reach out, they only responded once, promising to follow up, but never did. No updates on my order; don't waste your money.

Worst BMX experience

I purchased a BMX and it was a terrible choice. They won't honor the warranty. They respond to one email and then stop communicating. I recommend opting for a well-known bike brand instead.

Poor assembly quality

I bought a bike and upon assembly, noticed the wheels were misaligned and rubbing against the disc brakes. The spokes were loose and out of alignment. Trying to call was pointless; I sent an email but have yet to receive a response. For a bike costing £625, they should at least ensure proper assembly before shipping. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.
