AVOID this seller and website is 100% a scam. I ordered a labubu for my niece's birthday on the 25th of June and it finally turned up today on the 16th of July. It is very fake. There's is no QR code and the colours of the box are off.I reached out repeatedly to customer service to cancel and get a refund and they respond with drivel that their shipping is automated. It took them over 3 weeks to ship dispite stating 1-2 days shipping. The tracking they gave to the shop app and the one on their own website were completely different and never once updated. I've once again asked for a refund as it's not as advertised. If they refuse again I'll dispute it with the bank If it had arrived weeks ago I wouldn't have bothered. If I attempt to return it they will charge a £15 admin fee. Any review that's not a 1* is absolutely fake and probably written by the sellers themselves.
