Booked a viewing and when we turned up we were disappointed to see the property boarded up which is not how it was on the photos, I understand things can happen but the estate agent had every opportunity to inform us as we wouldn't have waisted our time or theirs, I felt sorry for the lady who showed us round you could see she felt embarrassed about the situation and I image the manager told her not to inform us, trust, honestly and respect go along way more so when we could have been giving them our business. we did receive a call from the manager who seemed to try and justify themselves and came across as defensive but never did offer any kind of apology which would have helped the situation in the aftermath, they did say they would remove the property as the photos did not match the reality, but I still don't understand why they didn't inform us of the properties current state, considering they had keys to the locked bolted door which was clearly placed by police, they definitely knew the full situation, Honest communication for us is key and without it were never going to invest our time and money into something or more so an agent that can't get the basics right. Sadly based on our experience we can't recommend.
