Bought a house unseen because of the distance away and my age 76.I was told it was really nice and would be ok. When I arrived I was so disappointed with the house . It was nothing but a dirty house requiring loads of work . Plus rats . There is a issue with the solar panels on roof ,which I am investigating . I just want a nice clean house for my few years left .now ive got a expensive property update on my hands or resell . Do not believe a word they say ,they are only selling no matter what . Yes summing up I would pass on this company ( they tell lies )
