Agent got lots of our claims mixed up and we’re not very helpful at all, we had one agent that we delt with and she was very good, so one of our claims went through. Agents telling us to do one thing and another telling us we can’t. We are both in our seventies so very stressful, I have a Brocken leg so no grey area. I have managed to receive my insurance but my partner still being messed around. Update, ALL SORTED NOW. IN MY OPINION IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHICH AGENT ANSWERS THE PHONE IF YOU GET A GOOD ONE IT IS VERY SMOOTH, IF NOT IT IS REALLY REALLY STRESSFUL,
