Went on a trip insured by post office underwritten by collinson Bag run over by ryanair, photos, video, PIR form, everything.But unless I have a receipt for the bag or bank transaction they won't pay a penny. I'm sure legally they have worded their policy to allow this but this feels entirely unethical, cowboy behaviour.I am complaining to the financial ombudsmen as soon as complaint period is finished but I would avoid this company like the plague. To be clear they have refusedTO EVERYONE 1. Ask for a digital subject access report to get all data on you2. Submit to the Financial ombedsman3. I will update with both the above on here4. Have reviewed terms with ligitation partner brother and they are vague and very likely not to hold up.
