Collinson underwrite Post Office insurance - have had PO insurance for the family for over 5 years..never a claim...illness in a child meant travel was cancelled. I had taken out the full package in the case of a cancellation - this was rejected by Collinson having sent all relevant info. Many months later I got around to querying the decision - they acknowledged claim shouldn't have been rejected given the level of cover.. they'd reconsider if I sent in more info to confirm flights etc..still waiting
